Our Non-Discrimination Statement 

Caring Chiropractic, PA, complies with applicable Federal civil rights laws and does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, age, disability, or sex. This practice does not exclude people or treat them differently because of race, color, national origin, age disability, or sex. This practice: 
• Provides information to patients in plain language and in a manner that is accessible and timely. 
• Provides free services to people with disabilities to communicate effectively with us, including auxiliary aids. 
• Provides free language assistance services to people whose primary language is not English.
